Much of the work we do with organisations that are in the sectors within which we operate, has an impact either directly or indirectly with the local community and we understand how important it is for our work to reflect their needs.

We have done a substantial amount of work with a lot of our clients to develop locally based services, having firstly initiated evaluation and research projects to identify market trends and needs.

Over the last few years we have:

- Worked with training and support agencies to develop tailored Bitesize services and other training services for adults in the community to enable them to develop a new skill or enhance existing skills.

- Worked with employers and economic development departments/organisations to identify market trends and match training to jobs.

- Represented clients on groups and forums to help research and evaluate community needs and implement service.

- Helped to develop new and existing structures to meet the needs of people in the community such as children's centres, libraries and training organisations.

- Adapted local publications that (following demand and research) we know have been needed in other areas of the country to meet their needs.
